1. About the App
BacamOko is a Croatian real estate listing app for private individuals. Users can create listings, upload photos, browse properties on a map, and set geographic notifications.

Username, contact phone, contact email
Listing count, timestamps for rate limiting
Subscription preferences (location + filters)
2.2 Listing Data
Title, description
Exact GPS coordinates of the property
Address, city, county
Price, property type, transaction type
Rooms, bathrooms, heating, utilities, parking
Flags: sea view, pets allowed
Up to 10 photos (WEBP) stored in Firebase Storage
viewerUids (users who viewed the listing)
2.3 Subscription & Notification Data
Center coordinates (lat/lon)
Radius in meters
Property/price filters
City/county/address of subscription center
2.4 Location Data
The App uses approximate and precise device location to show your position on the map. This data is not stored in Firestore.
2.5 Local On‑Device Data
Bundled Croatian address database
On-device NSFW model (opennsfw2.onnx)
SharedPreferences (map/feed filters, help dialogs)
2.6 Analytics & Advertising
Firebase Analytics (default events only)
Google AdMob (Advertising ID, device info)
2.7 External APIs
The App contacts Croatian land registry and cadastre services to fetch parcel geometry and ownership data. A SHA‑256 hash of your Firebase UID is used as an anonymous token.
